What shipping method do you offer?

We currently offer one shipping method only: Standard Shipping.

How much is shipping?

Standard Shipping is free: USD $0.00. There is no minimum order value required.

Do you offer Express shipping?

No. We do not currently offer Express shipping, paid Standard shipping, USPS carrier-calculated rates, DHL carrier-calculated rates, or any other shipping method at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We ship to destinations available in the Shopify checkout. If your country, region, or address is not available at checkout, we are not currently able to ship that order.

When will my order ship?

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

How long does delivery take?

Standard Shipping delivery estimates vary by destination. U.S. orders are generally estimated at 5 to 10 business days after processing. International orders are generally estimated at 7 to 21 business days after processing. Customs and carrier delays can extend delivery time.

How do I track my order?

When tracking is available, we send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to update after shipment.

Can I return a product?

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from delivery. Because skincare and cosmetic products are personal-care items, returned products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for full rules.

Who pays return shipping?

Customers pay return shipping unless the return is due to our verified error, such as a wrong, damaged, or defective item. We do not charge a restocking fee.
