This Shipping Policy explains the single shipping method available for purchases from Yorune Beauty, operated by MTG GLOBAL LLC.
Shipping method
All eligible orders ship with one shipping method only: Standard Shipping.
Shipping cost
Standard Shipping is free: USD $0.00. There is no minimum order value required for Standard Shipping.
No other shipping methods
We do not currently offer paid Standard shipping, Express shipping, USPS carrier-calculated rates, DHL carrier-calculated rates, or any other shipping method at checkout. If shipping is available for your order and destination, the checkout shipping method should be listed as Standard Shipping with a cost of USD $0.00.
Destinations
We ship to destinations that are available in the Shopify checkout. If your country, region, or address is not available at checkout, we are not currently able to ship that order.
Order processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from delivery transit time.
Estimated delivery time
Standard Shipping delivery estimates vary by destination, carrier routing, customs processing, and local delivery conditions. U.S. orders are generally estimated at 5 to 10 business days after processing. International orders are generally estimated at 7 to 21 business days after processing. These are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
All charges included
The Standard Shipping cost shown at checkout is USD $0.00 and includes the shipping, handling, logistics processing, and carrier-related shipping fees that Yorune Beauty charges for that shipment. We do not add hidden shipping fees after checkout.
Taxes, duties, and customs
For U.S. orders, applicable sales tax may be calculated at checkout when required. For international orders, import duties, VAT, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other government charges may be collected by the carrier or local authority and are the customer's responsibility unless they are expressly included and charged at checkout.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the order ships. Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to update after the carrier receives the shipment.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your package appears lost, severely delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@yorunebeauty.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will review the case and work with the carrier when appropriate.
